Once you submit your information it will receive immediate attention by one of our Mortgage Loan Consultants. Please note that the completion of information on this form begins the process of applying for a mortgage loan with Mortgages First Associates, LLC. Additional information will be requested in order to complete the process and to determine your qualification for loan approval.

There is NO pre-qualification application fee. However when you actually apply using the Full 1003 Mortgage Application you will be billed a retainer fee of $99.00 for residential loans and $300.00 for commercial loans. The retainer is FULLY CREDITED back to you at closing. The retainer simply allows us to cover the the intitial expenses asscoiated with processing your request. A small initial investment for the best pricing in the market and again is fully credited back to you at closing. This is consistent with our goal of CLOSING YOUR LOAN, not collecting retainers.
